Just as an update. I found out yesterday that my hours will not be reinstated at all. The “extra” hours will not be available until construction on the Rare Book Room’s Staff Only/Tier section starts. This was suppose to start in April and they were rushing to get it ready when I went to visit Chris. I came back and I was told the work could not be started because of control board shit… The board approved it, but since we only have one electrician the electrical work (like removing the old lights) can not be done fast enough. This just blows 
It has cost me over one thousand dollars, I needed for my move. Fuck You Erie County!!

Oh man! That sucks about the hours. That is why I resigned from Roswell Park. I started there with a guarantee of 20 hours per week. Then a year later they started cutting me back to 8 hours a week (2 days for me there). So that, on top of the lady I worked with all but treating me like one of her teenagers is what prompted me to leave Roswell — and right in the midst of two big projects, too!
Anyway, hope you find something to make up for the hours.

I have found something, but since I am moving in twenty days, there is not a lot I can do! My work said they would have the hours all summer, so I never looked for another job. Then they cut them, and said they would come back, and now they said they won’t and it is too late!
I am moving to New Hampshire to be with my partner Chris.
