Glasses and PC Parts

Hey!!

I got my Federal Taxes back. They are almost completely gone, as fast as I got them!!

I ordered my glasses, and had an eye exam. My vision has gotten worse since I got these in (2004/2005?). My script was R: -5.75 L: -6.25 and now it is R: -6.50 L: -7.25, that was $65 (the exam). I couldn’t get the rimless frames i wanted, because I have a high prescription so I got a pair of semi-rimless (I will post pictures of before and after).

I *just* ordered my graphics card from NewEgg. I had to order a new PSU too, since adding the card to my current set up would blow up my system. Since I am on a budget I ordered XFX GeForce 8600GT XXX 256MB 128-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 , that is SLI ready too. The PSU is the ENERMAX Liberty ELT400AWT ATX12V 400W Power Supply, which is modular, so you know all those lose wires we all hate, that is no more! It all cost less then $200, so I was happy.

My evaluation is *today* so wish me luck!!

New section of my life

Hey everyone,

Sorry I have not updated at all since I moved, I have been so busy!!

I arrived safely, and everything is going fine!!!
The train arrived in Worcester MA nine mins early. So I was happy!!! I will post more about the trip later, if I get the time.

I have a conditional hire at Target in Merrimack. I will be doing Backroom Stocking, which involves taking product out of the back and putting it onto displays. $8.00 an hour, not a lot but I can get by on that, for now…

Wal-Mart has a overnight stocking job open that pays $11.50 an hour, I am hoping for that because I will make more money, and I will have to spend less money on a cab, if any at all. Target will cost me at least $16 once a day, everyday I work. If I work overnights at Wal-Mart then I can get a ride.

BTW, I will post pictures of the new place when I wake up!!

Hey,

Well from my last message you can father that I am not moving in with Chris on the 11th of August like I am suppose too. I find this out fifteen-days before I am suppose to. Why, you are wondering? Chris in December of last year (2006) signed a lease for a two bedroom apartment with his then boyfriend, and they broke up in the same week. Since then it has been, you can say, interesting. His ex said in the past that Chris can have someone move in with him, but now he claims that he hates me, does not want me near him, that all I am doing is using Chris and basically he will call the cops if I do come. Why? I am not on the lease, and to add me onto it means they will renew the lease, welcome to another year with the ass. This is even though I have given Chris two months worth of rent ($620). This sucks, eh?

The only good note right now, is that I get to spend more time with my good old friends (Kimi, Rob Thorn, Sammie, Nolan, B-ren, etc..), and also get to know new friends like Rob Wolfe, which reminds me I have to see if he wants to get coffee sometime…. Oh sorry, what was I saying? Oh yea!

I called work today as well to rescind my letter of resignation, just before they started to process my paperwork, thank god. The library has done it again though. I could not get a seasonal or a new position because I was moving, and now I can’t even when I am not. Why?Apparently, people have complained I talk to much, that I annoy people, and that I don’t do my work. They want a month out of me with no complaints, a proven work ethic to allow me to get anything. My boss says my co-workers and superiors (librarians *puke*) were the ones to complain that I am talking to much. When they don’t know what you are doing, and you are talking, why do people always assume you are not working?? Not everyone in the damned building knows what everyone should be doing, the snitch is at it AGAIN! Loyalty, seems no one knows what that is anymore…

The best is saved for last! I am still seeing Chris on the 11th. I will spend a week there from the 11th to the 19th and will try to visit him every month till December. I want to visit him around my birthday, and his too.  But, I think I will do his and not mine since, it will be close together I think. Thanksgiving with him if I want for his birthday tho! So that means a September date… Hum… Let me get back to yall on that.

Sixteen Days

Hey,

I am sorry I have not posted that much often, as you have seen in my post Worst week of my life! I have been busy with life.

I move in sixteen-days I am very very excited!

I have finished the last Harry Potter book, and like the fifth movie, I will not post what I think until I have reread, and re seen each one. This is so I can pick up the lil stuff I could not get before.

Work is awesome, I guess. One of our pages lost a walkie yesterday, we spent all morning and most of the afternoon looking for it. They were offering me extra hours to help, but they found it as soon as my regular day ended. That sucks for me, doesn’t it? Life….

No Hours!

Just as an update. I found out yesterday that my hours will not be reinstated at all. The “extra” hours will not be available until construction on the Rare Book Room’s Staff Only/Tier section starts. This was suppose to start in April and they were rushing to get it ready when I went to visit Chris. I came back and I was told the work could not be started because of control board shit…  The board approved it, but since we only have one electrician the electrical work (like removing the old lights) can not be done fast enough. This just blows :(

It has cost me over one thousand dollars, I needed for my move. Fuck You Erie County!!

Resigning!

I handed in my letter of resignation today! Gave a copy to my boss, with a copy for the Assianit Deptuy Director whom is in charge of HR.

It went something like this!

Dear Assistant Deputy Director Woods:

I am writing today to officially resign my Page position in the Stacks Department of the Buffalo and Erie County Public Library. My last day with the library will be Wednesday, August 8th 2007.

I am resigning because I am moving to New Hampshire for both academic and personal reasons. This makes it impossible for me to commute to work. I hope you understand.

If you have any questions with this matter, feel free to contact me.

Now it was all official looking and stuff, with my letterhead, and address block for the ADD, like a good geek I am.

Now why am I resigning? If you didn’t already know!!! I am moving in twenty-four days to be with the man of my dreams, Chris! I am sooo excited!! I sent the last big box of my stuff, it was 46.80 Lbs. It contains the bulk of my library, including all of my books on mythology.

Only thing I am excited about other the moving is the Harry Potter Book!!! TWO DAYS!!! YAY!! (I have still to post my information on the movie, it is being refined!)

Howdy Internet Land!!

It is only twenty-eight days until I move to Nashua, New Hampshire. I will be moving in with my boyfriend, whom is named Chris. YAY!!!!

Life otherwise is crappy. Work is crappy… They still have not given me my hours back, I am at nineteen instead of thirty-five like I have been for the past year. I am having somewhat amount with drama with my family, and my friends. Re: Family, it is mainly to do with my sister. She turns seventeen next month and she is a total bitch. She treats everyone like they are shit, and gets all pissed off and/or starts to ‘cry’ and people try to talk to her about it. Oh well. Twenty-eight days, right?

I am currently working on a project for #gaygeeks on freenode, a irc channel I hang out in often. I am setting up a website that will load rss feeds of various users. More or less making a gaygeeks blog community! I plan to try to merge it with the existing community website that contains mugshots and a qdb. Let me know if you there is another set of scripts that can do this other then PlanetPlanet which uses python. This is what I have so far, Planet GayGeeks Thanks!!

I seen the new Harry Potter movie, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. They will never beable to do the books justice when making it into a film, why? Because, they can not put everything in, can not devlope all the characters and can not put all the sub-plots in. So what is the point of complaining? Life, goods, bads, life

Howdy,

I have not really posted a meaningful post in awhile, so here I am.

It is 45 days until I leave to live with Chris, I am very excited. I was looking at pictures of him and I and I came across this one, it made me cry. It is the picture of us waiting for my bus and sleeping together Chris and I sleeping waiting for the bus to come

I can’t wait to run into his arms and hug him. I miss him sooo much. He is my angel.

Work is okay. They have not reinstated my hours yet. This is hurting my savings account a lot. I hope they bring them back, and soon. I am working two days a week for my mother now to earn more money.

I am somewhat depressed lately. Mostly because of everything going on with my best friend Kimi
(This is Me, Nolan and Kimi : click for larger).
Her mother was classified as terminal, and given a time frame to live. This has made Kimi a wreak, on top of the millions of things going on in her life at the same time. Her grandmother had a stroke, her father hurt his foot, one of her cats died, and one of her dogs are sick. She is taking a semester off of school because of this all. I feel so sorry for her, and I feel as soon as I leave she will need more then she ever have. Not being there may cause her to hate me, and I don’t know if I can deal with that. She is happy and supports my move though.

I hate how life works out. One good thing, a thousand bad things.

I have not updated with a real post in a week or so, so here I am!

*inserts blurp* 57 DAYS UNTIL I MOVE IN WITH MY BABY *ends*

Life is okay, I have started to re-read the Harry Potter Books, like I do every time a new one comes out. I am on book two at the moment!

Work sucks… My hours are being cut, a drop from 35 to 19. I will lose $232 a check before taxes because of it. It fucking sucks, the other workers and I get done faster then expected and we get fucked out of hours…

Thats about all the updates I have! I updated yesterday with three poems, and information on my passport.

again, 57 days!!!
