Ha!
It is now the 15th. School starts next week (23rd) and I work Tues-Sun of this week (for 35 hours for sun-fri and 12 hours for sat and sun).
Today work was ‘fun’ we had a new kid start named justin he is my age he is cool. I was on Tier A. Ann takes me up as she gives a tour to justin but the lights were off, so she showed justin around as we turned on the lights and they all turned on (or so we think)… I get a request at 1:10 one of many…(37 in total by the end of the day …5pm…)… But I could not find eigther of them (2) and the lights ended up being off in the upper left hand corner. Where all the books I needed where… Ann says there all on and when she left they were so i ended up turning them all off and back on and wayla they work. Bad start to a day? You bet…
The phone in the stacks office did not work at all. ALL DAY!!!! wtf?!?!? and there were so many issues. Kimi knocked my request down the lift. Her walkie went dead. what happened if we needed help for a request?? They can no longer answer susan’s x7199 so when the phone (x8903) cycled over to susan’s phone they could not answer it and most of the time it did not cycle over and we got “you have been forwarded to a voice answering service but exenstion x8903 does not surcribe GOODBYE” wtf?!?!?! Guess what the problem was? IT WAS UNPLUGGED (the phone was) and they did not relize that untill 4:15pm only 45 mins till we leave. Oh well.
Alfred State’s Open House is on March 26th. I need to go out there after I send out the copy of my courses because there professors are avoiding me or just not returning my fucking calls. GOD! I need to know what i should or should not take here at ECC so I can save as much money as I can….. The bus ride there is 7 hours and 11 hours back. that is $130 via greyhound. Now where will i stay out there? grimmy who lives at AU offered me his couch I hope that goes thru. I need to get answers….
