Remembering September 11th 2001

It has been five years.. It has been five years since the worst act of terrorism was committed against America, on America Soil. It has been five years since nineteen hijackers crashed into the World Trade Center (New York), the Pentagon (Washington DC) and the destination is unknown for the last plane most think the White House, or Capitol hill, but the brave souls of Flight 93 prevents the third attack and caused the plane to crash into Pennsylvania.

It has been five short years, and in these five years we have caught many people who organized these attacks, but we have not caught the leader (Osama bin Laden).

In these five years the United States has went to war with another country claiming to be looking for weapons of mass destruction (Nukes, etc..), and to help fight terrorism that may be steaming in Iraq. This is even tho, the president of then Iraq, offered to help America fine Bin Laden. This resulting in more dead, in the way of soldiers then the attacks against America.

Please take your time to remember the souls lost because of September 11th 2001, and the people lost because of the governments actions. They did not deserve to die, many were bystanders, many were Heroes who gave there lives to help others, or gave there lives to give US freedom.

Please remember and never forget what these men and women, our brothers, sisters, mothers, fathers, sons, daughters, our fellow Americans.

Please support our troops, our fire fighters, our police men, our men who risk there lives everyday to make our lives better. Support them even if you do not agree with what they do, they do it because it is there job.

I remember. I remember it all like it was yesterday. I remember where I was when I first heard about the attacks. I remember seeing missing posters, and hearing about reports of dead and wounded. I remember seeing caskets of our fallen heroes. I remember seeing the towers fall and crumble. I remember how I weeped every-time I heard of a fallen hero, a missing person, as I still do now. The thought of men and women dieing in the service of our country still makes me weep. I remember… I remember… IT will be ingrained into my memory for as long as I live. I remember…

You are introverted, reserved, and quiet with a preference for solitude and solitary activities. Your socializing tends to be restricted to a few close friends. You can be easily upset, even by what people consider the normal demands of living. People consider you to be sensitive and emotional. Novelty, variety, and change spice up your life and make you a curious, imaginative, and creative person. You have a strong interest in others’ needs and well-being. You are pleasant, sympathetic, and cooperative. You set clear goals and pursue them with determination. People regard you as reliable and hard-working.

A Year of blogging!

Hallo,

A lot of others things have happened but you can read up on that!! A lot of things were never recorded here, because of how public it is, but of you know me and I know you. You already know!!

Well Take Care!! School Starts tomorrow!

Crikey

Crikey he is dead…

An More Indepth article from CNN

Steve Irwin, age 44 also known as the “Crocodile Hunter” died today (Sept 4th 2006) in a tragic accident off the coast of Port Douglas in Australia. He was stung thru the chest by a stingray barb, and it went thru his heart.

After all the things he has done, all the crocs he has caught, he went a way, a way that was not his name sake!

*Bows head for one lost soul*

The beginning of a awful month

Why Do I have to be sick now? Why? I have not changed my doctor yet (From my Pedi because of all the issues I have had, to a GP), and then the problems with my computer and now…

I am sick, my sides hurt, my chest hurt, I am getting the chills, head-achy, dizzy, and light headed, then there is the burning in my sides as well, plus my legs and knees ache, arms do as well… I have been sickish for a couple weeks :( Why does all this have to happen with school starting on Tuesday?? WHY??!!

I am off to sleep now, sleep is gooooodddd…

EDIT(9/3/06 4:19PM): I Just checked my sugar it is @ 72. I am not diabetic, but my mother said next time I felt like this, to check my sugar. I used her checker (with a new needle of course) and it was at 72, called my mother she said that is alright, low but should not be causing these problems… What is wrong with me :/

EDIT(9/3/06 5:04PM): yay, my blood sugar is at 92, and I feel some what better…

Peace

The Plague has it again

My Computer Sucks…

WHY? I will Name the reasons….

  1. My Motherboard has blown caps (I have a Gigabyte board for a Socket A AMD Athlon 1.33)
  2. Windows Crashes During any High CPU Usage
  3. Windows No Longer Boots
  4. Linux produces IRQ Errors (Where they shut down IRQ 10 which is APIC and IRQ 18 which is USB and Ethernet)
  5. Linux produces IO Errors when trying to move files across the IDE Bus (IDE0(hdb)/slave to IDE1(hdd)/slave)
  6. PC takes an half an hour or move to boot the BIOS after a cold start.
  7. Linux no longer boots after producing LILO Key Table errors.

You ask what is this plague I talk about?? Each Semester or school year when I have had a computer of my own, a week or two before school starts, my computer breaks in some way requiring a new one or massive hardware purchases.. This sucks!!!

I am getting a new (used) motherboard that takes this processor, but it takes DDR memory, so I have to buy new(used) memory.. Damn money hogging computers!

I am back to sulking now…

Peace

Another Time Honored Tradition Over

Hallo,

I just got done with a time old tradition that every college student has to do, each semester. ‘What is this?’ You may ask? The act of buying your Text Books for the semester.. Yes another semester and another half grand to the school.

Macroeconomics (ISBN: 0-618-37254-7) Used $79.50
Accounting (ISBN: 0-324-1880-5) Used $112.25
Accounting workbook (ISBN: 0-324-20375-6) Used $37.25
Algebra & Trigonometry (w/ Study Pack) (ISBN: 0-13-143073-4) Used $98.00
Algebra & Trigonometry Review (ISBN: 0-13-149046-x) Used (included with text)
Algebra & Trigonometry Solutions Guide Used (ISBN: 0-13-143079-3) (included with text)
St Martin’s Guide to Writing (ISBN: 0-312-40052-7) Used $53.25
Public Speaking (w/ CD) (ISBN: 0-618-62443-0) New $80.50

That is for a total of $460.75, at least the state were decent enough not to charge taxes on textbooks (http://www.tax.state.ny.us/pubs_and_bulls/html/memos/sales/tsbm98_4s.htm)..

I would like to know why textbooks cost so much money… WHY??? Oh well. I am finishing up some computer work in the Lab at school, then I am heading to Kimi’s to hang out..

Peace
Josh
